11th Anniversary SODO Steel IPA
Ghostfish's 11th anniversary release — a SODO-flavored steel IPA marking a milestone year that also brought their acquisition of the former Pike Brewery production facility.

Blood Orange IPA
Overwhelmingly refreshing, mild, fruity hoppiness from Citra and Mosaic varietals underpin and balance the unmistakable blood orange. Is it the perfect Summer companion?

Brut Tang Can
We all enjoy Mimosas, but some of us have fragile masculinity, and we like to throw some beer in them. We figured, why not make it a beer? A drier IPA, though not fully 'brut', conditioned on hundred of pounds of tangerines!

Fat Randy’s IPA
The best friend of Holidaily Founder’s husband, Fat Randy is a Colorado guy through and through. Not fat, though called Fat Randy for more than 20 years, Holidaily wanted to give the guy a break and name a beer after him. Fat Randy’s IPA comes complete with a label designed after an epic ski fall you can watch on YouTube.

Fresh Hop IPA
Each year during hop harvest in Washington, we select different hops to showcase in these limited releases. This year's fresh hop beer features 300 lbs of fresh picked Chinook hops from Washington's Chelan Valley Hops. Whole-cone hops harvested on brew day and put into the kettle to create liquid gold!
Tasting notes: Resinous pine, apricot, grapefruit, lemon

GoodbIPA: Four My Homie
Our Flagship, West Coast IPA Floral and Citrus, with a balanced bitterness Sorghum Based

Grapefruit IPA

SILVER MEDAL Gluten Free Beer, 2017 U.S. Open Beer Championship BRONZE MEDAL Gluten Free Beer, 2016 Great American Beer Festival GOLD MEDAL Gluten Free Beer, 2016 U.S. Open Beer Championship BRONZE MEDAL Gluten Free Beer, 2015 Great American Beer Festival Rated a 93 out of 100 by Craft Beer & Brewing Magazine in 2017
American IPAs are known for their citrusy hop punch, but we cranked up the juice on this one! Brewed with a blend of Cascade and Horizon hops, then dry hopped with Altus hops, codenamed “Experimental Grapefruit”, this IPA is a serious citrus bomb. Lively and bright, bracingly bitter, and eminently refreshing, you’ll wish it grew on trees!
Tasting Notes: The grapefruit character of this beer is more “grapefruit rind” than grapefruit juice. Bracing and bright with a pungent grapefruit aroma and a powerful citrusy bitterness. A real hop bomb!
Ingredients: water, sorghum, brown rice, candi syrup, tapioca maltodextrin, hops, grapefruit puree, yeast

Hollywood Nights
Hop heavy with a clean herbal flavor and beautiful blonde color. Citrus notes balance the smooth bitterness for an amazing finish.

Hophoria IPA
A well balanced IPA made with a blend of Citra and Mosaic hops that provide an experience of flavors and aromas from oranges and blueberries to stonefruit. It has an assertive, hoppy finish that is short lived.

IPA
Glutenberg IPA is a dream come true for lovers of micro-brewed beers. A real little flavor bomb, it presents a perfect harmony between citrus aromas, the freshness of hops and bitterness. This beer guarantees a smooth entry into the mouth, releasing notes of apricot and sweet caramel. Its exaggerated dry side makes its bouquet of flavors shine and ensures good aromatic persistence. To be consumed fresh and in large quantities!

IPA NO. 5
IPA No. 5 is brewed with roasted chestnuts, roasted lentils, and Belgian-style candi sugar. Crystal and Santiam hops are used during the boil and for dry-hopping. Crystal hops bring the classic Northwest IPA pine and citrus notes while Santiam adds hints of tropical and stone fruits.

Kick Step IPA
WINNER SILVER MEDAL, Gluten Free Beer, 2021 New York International Beer Competition
A project with the The Mountaineers
Ghostfish and The Mountaineers were both founded on the idea of transcending limits. We thrive on a spirit of wonder, a sense of adventure, and a commitment to the wild places of the Pacific Northwest. We’re powered by strong passionate communities who support our missions. Whether it’s distinctive craft beer made from high-quality, low-impact grains, or unique, life-changing experiences in the outdoors, we believe life is meant to be lived and lived well–no matter who you are. This is Kick Step IPA: a liquid representation of our shared value with The Mountaineers.
Tasting notes: A classic NW style IPA, golden in color with complex hop aromas of citrus, mango and pine. Sturdy, yet light bodied with a dry finish.

Lucky IPA
An uncommonly smooth IPA. Malt and toffee flavors mask the initial hop flavor but Amber IPA has a delightful bitterness from hops that lingers on the tongue. Brewed with sorghum, Belgian-style candi syrup, beet sugar, tapioca maltodextrin, magnum hops, amarillo hops, yeast, and water.

Spark Bird
A limited-release American IPA available exclusively from the Biddeford tasting room.

Third Contact IPA
A crisp, citrus-forward West Coast IPA — hoppy, dry, and refreshing.
