Riva Stout

Riva the Bernese Mountain Dog was named after a ski run at Vail Resort called Riva Ridge. One of the original trails and the longest single run on Vail Mountain, it was named by a Vail founder who was a member of the 10th Mountain Division for the battle they fought in the Italian Apennines during World War II. The design is a nod to the run as well as the history behind the name.
Reviewers praise its rich, chocolatey taste and solid quality for a gluten-free beer, though one notes a lighter body.
- “Very tasty and rich, chocolatey flavour; like all GF beers I've tried so far, it feels a little lite and thin. This one is really excellent though and I'd happily recommend to gf friends.”— 3.25/5
- “Another solid gf beer from this brewery.”— 3.75/5
