Golden straw in color.  Clean and transparent with a fluffy white head.  Noticeably effervescent.  The carbonation is evident.  A dray - almost crips - finish.  Light and easy drinking.  I am always ready for another. Brewed with millet, quinoa, buckwheat, hops, and yeast.
